Module 1: What Are Personal Boundaries? Learn what boundaries truly are (and what they aren’t), and why they’re essential for emotional wellbeing.

Module 2: The 5 Types of Personal Boundaries Explore emotional, physical, time, mental, and energetic boundaries and where yours may be vulnerable.

Module 3: Signs of Weak or Crossed Boundaries Recognise common patterns like people-pleasing, resentment, burnout, and over-explaining.

Module 4: Setting & Communicating Boundaries Learn calm, respectful ways to communicate boundaries without confrontation or over-justification.

Module 5: Overcoming Guilt & Staying Firm Work through guilt, fear of rejection, and discomfort — and learn how to stay grounded after setting limits.

Module 6: Maintaining Healthy Boundaries Daily Create sustainable habits and language so boundaries become natural, not exhausting.
